「The house is cold and unwelcoming it has a very steep staircase with small treads on the steps leading up to the bedrooms, and the toilet is downstairs.No light working at the top of the stairs! Good location to the Cascades Womens Factory, and Hobart city.」

「Good convenient location for the waterfront and city centre, however noisy due to the hospital next door - take earplugs! Tidy apartment, could do with some upgrades but overall a nice comfortable spacious property. Very easy to communicate with owner. 」

「Great location - walking distance to cafes, shops and foreshore. Very comfy with a nice backyard. Having a parking spot was much appreciated and convinient. Lisa responded immediately when the washing machine broke and a replacement was swiftly sorted. Our family really enjoyed our time here. 」
