「We’re staying in Deluxe cabin for 4, there is not hot water in both washrooms and kitchen. We found out at 5pm, which the reception was closed. We ran to reception and asked for help, a staff called their boss, and they offered us another room. I expect our room was ready and being checked, before...

「Ok」

「not bad」

「The place is tidy and clean. It would be much better if Oven is equipped. Staff is helpful and nice. They help us to reserve a taxi to the airport early in the morning. The free shuttle to and from the airport is wonderful.」

「The WiFi is out of function totally」

「Staff are very nice, good location」
