「We booked a balcony room with Mountain View and we were very disappointed. The balconies are not private at all. You can see and hear the neighbors next to you. The Mountain View was not what you would think as I mainly saw the neighboring homes roofs and from the far corner I could see a bit of the mountain. Not really a room you should advertise as a Mountain View room. Very disappointed and unhappy about this.」
