露天風呂付きお部屋最高でした😆 大浴場が狭くサウナの照明が故障中とのことで 残念でしたが、お部屋の露天風呂で十分癒されました。オーシャンビューで今朝露天風呂に入りながら見た朝陽がとても綺麗で感動の結婚式記念日になりまた😊 スタッフさんの気遣いでお食事もすごく美味しく頂きました😊 残念なところは、大浴場とウェルかドリンクと チェックイン前の待ち時間でしょうか。 大浴場のドライヤーの数が2つでしたが一つリフ ァでしたね、コンセントから直で繋がってたので 高級なものは貸出ししたらいかがですか？ 卓球が無料で楽しかったです😊 気持ち良く癒しの時間をありがとうございました😊また行きまーす😊

フロントスタッフの方々が親切丁寧。施設は経年しているが清掃が隅々まで行き届いていました。ただ、水辺沿いなので小虫は結構います。お食事もバイキングに加えて鍋物が提供するされました。瀬戸内海の地の物も適当にあり充分でした。

記念日の旅行だったのですが、とても親切で心のこもった接客をしていただいて本当に行ってよかったなーと思いました。 部屋備え付けの露天風呂も温泉で景色もよく気持ち良かったです。 ご飯は流石牡蠣の産地にあるホテルらしく、最高でした! また行きたいと思います♪

古いことと汚いことは違います。 人手不足イコールサービス低下でもありません。 感染防止とは何かも分かってません。 満足を提供しようという意気込みを感じません。

そもそもエクスペディアはもう使わない。 子供も大人料金だし、、ペット可になってなかった。 宿泊施設側で急遽対応してくれたことは良かったが、プールやジャグジーが全く掃除されていなかった。部屋の床もシーツもシミなどがあったし、ゴキブリもでた。 食事のバイキングも連泊しても毎日同じだったのも残念。スタッフもきちんと対応出来る方が少なすぎる。フロントデスクは大体無人で、レストランにスタッフを探しに行かないといけない。スタッフの教育がしっかりされているとは思えない。

白味噌牡蠣鍋が絶品

美味しいものを食べて温泉に入って、ゆっくり休養したい旅だったので、大満足でした。 温泉はすこし狭いけれど清潔で、サウナもあり、掛け流しのお湯が溢れて湯温、湯質も良かったです。 夕食はバイキングの他に牡蠣鍋つき。白味噌仕立てで美味しかったです。 オーシャンビューの部屋から昇る朝日が見られてよかったです。

瀬戸内海が美しい！

サービスの質が高いわけではないし、部屋も絨毯などは古くすりきれたままですが、リゾートスタイルの調度類と瀬戸内海だけで納得できてしまいます。 ビジネス泊だったので食事等については未体験ですが、とにかくロケーションは抜群です。
