The Cottage, Catford House

The Cottage, Catford House is a charming one bedroom traditional character cottage, set in a quiet rural location. The bed is king-size double, which can be made up as a twin on request. The cottage has recently been completely refurbished throughout and we are delighted to offer it for holidays. The Cottage, Catford House, is well suited for couples looking for a quiet get away and wanting to explore Exmoor. The property is attached to the main house next door, where the owners live, but benefits from a private entrance, drive and private parking. The Cottage has a secure lawn garden and a courtyard complete with table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. Guests will be welcomed with a hospitality pack comprising something to drink and something to eat (usually cake or biscuits), plus in the kitchen you will find tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper to get your holiday off to a good start. A pint of milk will be in the fridge.
