Unpack your car and relax into the laid back holiday vibe! Located in a peaceful residential area, this family friendly holiday home is both comfortable and modern with lake views. Only a 6 minute drive to the town centre or a short walk to the playground, the lake and the Richmond Heights shops where you can find a convenience store, a takeaway shop, a bottle store and the Lucky Lizard Sports Bar.

Perfectly set up, extensively renovated throughout with 4 bedrooms (1 downstairs), 2 bathrooms (1 downstairs), a light and bright entertainers’ kitchen and spacious living areas. Summer or Winter, finding the perfect spot to unwind and put your feet up isn’t hard here, there are multiple options; relaxing in front of the wood burner or reading your favourite book in the sun-soaked enclosed conservatory, with views over the lake. Then outside there is the spa pool or the BBQ area in the private garden.

No hidden costs – your nightly rate includes bedding, towels, spa towels and exit clean. UFB Wifi is provided and Netflix is available.

PLEASE NOTE – this property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties or loud groups. The neighbours are close, and there is no tolerance for noise after 9pm. The spa pool is not to be used between the hours of 9pm and 8am as it is located very close to the neighbours and any noise/talking in the pool will disturb them. We appreciate your consideration.

Bedding Configuration : 1 x King, 1 x Queen,1 x Split King (this can be made into 2x singles upon request), 2 x Singles (these can be made into 1x king bed upon request). Please note we require 1 weeks notice before your arrival if you require the bedding configuration to be changed.
