Positioned for all day sun, this apartment is located away off the busy road yet within walking distance to downtown Mt Maunganui and the fantastic Mount beach. Enjoy breakfast on one deck with a seaview in the morning and a BBQ on second deck in the evening whilst enjoying the stunning full views of the Mount. The building has a swimming pool which is heated between October and April. Also two secure carparks as well as quality appliances throughout.

Located within walking distance to downtown Mt Maunganui and the beach you are so close to everything that there is to love about this top holiday destination. Walk everywhere, - the main beach, cafes, restaurants, parks , downtown and Mauao (The 'Mount) This modern three bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is sunny and airy with lovely views of both The Mount and the ocean.

The apartment also offers full sky package including sport.

Please note that there is scaffolding up on the area facing the roadfront until the end of March 2026. This should not impact your stay as is not around the apartment itself and any work being carried out is not overly noisy.

We can provide quality highchairs and porta-cots with clean fresh linen, these can be ready at your property in time for your stay.

Other Things to Note:

Please give details when inquiring as to whether you are a family group or a group of friends, along with the number in your group and their ages - groups must be over the age of 25. The apartment building has tenants in close proximity so is not suitable for renters who want to invite extra friends over to party. There must be no loud noise or music after 10.30pm and non smokers only.
