不满意：清洁度
The host was OK, but her communication was very inconsistent. Sometimes she responded straight away, other questions she did not respond, or we had to ask again.For the price we paid, certain basic things were missing that we would expect such as a pair of scissors and a sieve in the kitchen. Other utensils were broken.While the bedrooms were clean, throughout the house there were a lot of marks/damage on the walls, and underneath the couches in the living room was filthy and clearly had not been vacuumed or mopped in quite some time.Some of the upholstered furniture was also quite dirty and smelled bad (primarily one couch and a chair). Spare tiles were unsafely stored in the garage and one of these actually fell on my foot, giving me a cut on my toe. It was lucky it didn't fall on one of my kids' feet. There were also small shards of glass on the front porch which we had to sweep up.
