We arrived and the room was dirty. We had pre-requested a room with double beds but was moved to a room that did not have this. A credit card was taken for deposit and charged after our stay. We had to call 10 times just to get in touch with someone to help. Eventually we were able to get in touch with a manager and the charge was reversed. However, it took a lot of extra time on our end to remedy.
