Terrible! Arrived during the coldest week the keys has had, the house had NO HEAT even though it says heat in amenities. She knew there was no heat and freezing temps were forecasted but did nothing. host reluctantly got us space heaters the next day. Not enough to make the house warm, froze for multiple days during our first week. Then host said I made reservation for only 6 people and I had 9. I had conversation history asking for price about the whole house and 10 people. 5 bedrooms total. only one level is listed where you can book on Vrbo, host had to change it and put in the negotiated price so I could book whole house. She quoted me for 10 people. That is in writing. But I did not change it when I made the actual VRBO booking and it defaulted to 6 people even though it showed the price she quoted me for 10. My fault, I did not realize it. She held me to the reservation of 6 even though house accommodated 10.Vrbo said they saw the conversation and quote for 10 but since reservation said 6, they would not assist. She wanted 5000 more to allow extra people. We tried to work, it out, paid extra for one week,but then she canceled our reservation after one week of our month long vaca and will not refund. She drove by dozens of times a day, watched us from across canal in back yard,took pics of cars. Absolutely horrible vacation for me and my family for the entire 7 days we were there. After she canceled, I booked another house that has been amazing. Do not stay here.
