The Space:
Coastal décor greets you in this two bedroom two bathroom Oceanfront Condo. The comforting living room features a flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the step-out balcony offering sweeping views of the Atlantic. Visit delicious local restaurants or create amazing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has been recently remodeled with granite countertops and new cabinets and appliances.
Get a great night's sleep in the master bedroom fitted with a king size bed, a flat screen TV and simple island décor. The en suite master bathroom features a shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and an attached bathroom that also has access to the hallway.
The property also features an outdoor swimming pool along with on-site tennis facilities.

Seascapes as colorful as any artist’s palette, colors of shimmering sea from turquoise to blue to deep green, landscapes of rustling pine, swaying palms, silver buttonwood and water-rooted mangrove, all vying for life under a horizon-to-horizon blue sky dotted with fleecy white clouds.
Beneath the tropical, cloud-flecked skies of the Florida Keys, today’s fishing and boating enthusiasts share the land and sea with the complex habitat of birds — great white herons, roseate spoonbills, ospreys and, at the water’s edge, wheeling gulls and swooping pelicans and cormorants bobbing like corks to feed on fish.

From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the many activities our Florida Keys resort has to offer. Fine restaurants and shopping are just minutes away, along with boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, Everglades eco-tours, glass bottom boat reef trips, para-sailing, wave runners, and swimming with the dolphins. Everything you could want for your Florida Keys vacation is here!

The Neighborhood:
Ocean Pointe is located about 70 miles from Miami and 90 miles from Key West. The property has 24 hour security and is completely gated. Amenities include a newly renovated, junior olympic, heated swimming pool with poolside cabana bar, a 14 person jacuzzi, private sandy beach, fishing pier, snorkeling area, private cocktail lounge, cafe, oceanfront marina with boat ramp and dockage, lighted tennis courts, oceanfront gazebo, boat & trailer storage and more - all situated on 60 lush tropical acres.
Getting Around:
Having a vehicle is highly recommended with vacationing in The Keys. There is plenty of parking on property for our guests.

PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED
Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.
MARINA INFORMATION:
Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity..
You must contact the dock master to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.
The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.
Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.
All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
