“The host was very receptive and communicated well. We had some issues getting the check-in details, but were able to work it out smoothly after communicating with the host. Loved the house was pet-friendly, and had a fenced back yard for our pet to explore. We found the kitchen well-appointed, with plenty of amenities offered. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out. The house felt clean and mostly updated. The owner might consider a privacy fence on one side……

“Excellent host communication. Nice place to stay, but also someone’s basement. Owners were home and could be heard walking around upstairs. Not a huge deal, but notable. Nice rooms. Walking around the sideyard to access isn’t the easiest, but certainly not difficult either. Only 2 cars allowed in driveway, plan accordingly. All things considered, this was a good place to stay. Nice neighborhood.”

“This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. ”

“I notified the host only a few hours after accidentally booking the wrong days. They refused to give me a refund at all, even though I notified them very quickly. They were unreasonable and completely just took my money for nothing.”

“5’s !! Beautiful property. Quiet, majestic and relaxing. Clean, new and easy to get to from Tennis Ctr @ Berry College. Restaurants are a short drive away (10-15 mins). Stayed with my tennis teammates and we had a great time. Host responded immediately every time we had questions.”

“Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again.”
