「We have been coming to this area once or twice a year for 23 years. My son and his family, live in the area. We are from the United States. We prefer the self catering rather than the bed and breakfast type places because we are jet lagged and tend to sleep in. We also don’t eat a large breakfast. 「My friend and I loved staying in the Carters Cottage. It's very beautiful inside, modern kitchen & bathrooms, so cozy. We also loved the little village with several fun walks. I would highly recommend this place if you want a quiet and comfortable place to stay in a beautiful area of Scotland. The owner, Jacquline, is super nice and lives nearby.」

「We recently enjoyed a delightful weekend getaway at Chapelton Cottage. The cottage itself is charming and impeccably clean. It has everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a cozy fireplace, a comfortable bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and many other extras. 「We stayed here for 2 nights on BB basis. Alll staff are excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable with views across Tay Bridge and Quayside. 「I stayed at the Landmark after the Taylor Swift gig in Edinburgh. I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who didn’t mind that I arrived late. The room I stayed in was large and clean with a very comfy bed. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant food but I’d love to on my next stay. Highly recommended! 」
