「Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. 」
