Absolutely exceptional hotel. We are well travelled and this is on of the BEST hotel experiences we have ever had. Concierge could not have been more helpful. Welcome drinks on the rooftop were bliss and the level of service is outstanding. Room was out of this world, every detail was amazing including branded bedding, hand towels, turn down note, coffee machine. The room finishes, the tiling, the wonderful shower, the views from the huge balcony were all incredible. I honestly cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Thank you

Excellent property .. well designed , beautiful attention to detail.
The roof top bar was great for an evening drink and Laan Thai restaurant had delicious Thai food .
We were a bit surprised when we discovered we had to walk across the hotel to Raddison blue to use the pool which was on 18 floor and had no seats .. so walk back in robes !!! Think this should be made clear on the website or at the time of check in .
Overall a good stay .. would come back .

Very modern design rooms and friendly staff and wide range of dining options. The building itself is peak brutalism too. Most importantly, private parking lot is free if you stay at the hotel, which I did not know prior to the trip.

My recent stay was highly frustrating, largely due to unfocused front desk staff and poor customer service. The receptionists made multiple careless errors, starting with issuing a defective room key that required an immediate trip back to the desk to fix. Later, a receptionist incorrectly validated my parking ticket, forcing me to walk all the way back from the garage and wait for her to finish a phone call just to correct her admitted mistake.
The poor service extended to the rest of the hotel; I requested towels for my room, and they never arrived. The room itself was equally disappointing, featuring an extremely small and inconvenient toilet and shower layout. To top it off, management refused a simple 2:00 PM late checkout request, capping it at 1:00 PM—a surprising lack of flexibility compared to the standard courtesy provided at almost every other hotel I visit. Overall, an incredibly disorganized and inconvenient experience.

Service is bad at this new and beautiful hotel. Food in the restaurant came BURNT AND my husband's entree arrived when other guests were on their desserts. Reception staff needs training on 'welcoming.' Paid for the Club Lounge but there none. Club Lounge included some evening snacks in the hallway couch area.

I had an extended stay (8 nights), and the staff was mostly excellent, but there were a few issues with the room tablets, getting coffee at breakfast was oddly difficult, and there was one request to use the outdoor patio at night that was denied for no apparent reason except the staff seemed like they preferred to go home rather than help

Who would have thought an old Soviet era Telegraph Office building could be transformed into such a stunning hotel property? They’ve really created the most beautiful public spaces, restaurants, rooms and service staff (which is rare in most of Georgia!) Great location, too - walking distance from the old town. Most amazing breakfast spread and one of the best meals we have ever had was at Laan Thai, their Asian restaurant. The only down side to this hotel is that you don’t ever want to leave it!
