The room was very nice with lots of room for luggage and it had all the necessary amenities as well as the little extras like cookies and chocolate. The hosts were great, giving us lots of useful information and the breakfast they provided was wonderful. The heated bathroom floors were a real luxury.

Laura and Derek were amazing hosts. They have a lovely B&B, and the breakfast provided each morning was a great start to the day. We loved having the chance to talk with both of them during our 3-night stay and felt like they became friends. We will definitely stay there again if we ever return to New Zealand. It is a gem of a place with kind and generous hosts.

The accommodations here were absolutely phenomenal. The couple who runs it has paid such detailed attention to every single part of our stay and experience. The grounds were gorgeous. We ate outside. We enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood. For breakfast they served exactly what we asked for and it was delicious! It was also very timely because we wanted to leave early to get to one of our adventures. If you’re going to be in this part of New Zealand, it is a fabulous place to stay!

Wow, this was so nice, the surroundings were beautiful.. Laura and Derek very kind and helpful to make sure you have a good time in town or going to the Milford sound, she helped arrange a ride to M-S..I recommend it..parking is limited. Beautiful property! Great location 5 minute walk to town centre, restaurants and shopping. Laura & Derek were very welcoming and serve an EXCELLENT cooked breakfast! We loved this property. The owners live on site, and were super responsive. The room was very well appointed and we utilized the hot tub, which was clean and relaxing. They served breakfast to order each morning and provided recommendations for food and activities. I’m really happy we decided to go with a family run B&B.
