House was in a nice area that had great mountain views and walkable to the lake. Size was ok for the 4 of us but bedrooms and bathrooms were cold due to the one heater in the living room. The bathrooms also smelled a bit like mold. In general, house was fairly dated. Kitchen was well stocked but lacked sufficient pots for cooking. Overall the house met our needs.

Great stay
Great location, comfortable house and bedding. Super responsive owner. Everything you would need to take advantage of Te Anau and everything else in the area. Cozy heat when needed. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.

Old style bach
Old-style Kiwi bach. Basic but comfortable and cosy. It would be great if there was a dryer for clothes.

Comfortable home in Te Anau
Very comfortable house for a two night stay. Older style home but perfectly suited for a short-term holiday visit.

Perfectly located, all that you need
Three good sized bedrooms, we only used 2 but can say they both had comfortable beds. Heat pump in the lounge area. Kitchen suitable for simple cooking. We felt the only way to improve it would be have some outdoor seating to enjoy the backyard space. Thanks Leigh, if we are back in Te Anau we will be back for sure.

This small, comfortable house was just what we need for our two days in the TeAnau-Milford Sound area. It is convenient to everything, comfortable, and quiet. A real find in an area in high demand during the summer.

Cozy
They house was great, exactly what we needed. clean, fresh, room for kids to run. Close to town to walk in. Only problems we had come up were more to do with the bookabatch than the house itself.
