Great spot to look out over the water and mountains. A couple of things that weren't so great were: the shower leaked really badly all over the floor and there was no extra drain the the bathroom to catch any of it. Also couldn't use the TV as I think the battery remote was flat. Could turn it on from the TV but couldn't do anything without the remote. It was later at night that we discovered this.

The only thing “deluxe” about this was the view and the amount of space. Otherwise it’s a very tired place that needs a refresh.
