「Nothing fancy about this place, but it was perfect for what we needed - just a nice simple place for a nights stay near Death Valley. Gazing at stars was nice - mostly dark around, just a handful of lights from the neighbors. The beds are comfortable. The blinds in the room do nothing to block out light, so it was very bright in the rooms as soon as the sun comes up.」

「This little gem was going to be the centerpiece of our 45 hours driving road trip. We got in the pool and swam and tubbed and we were pleased and relaxed. The next morning we got up early and did the same thing. Good thing because an unexpected storm came up for the rest of the morning. 「This place was very spacious inside. We felt like everyone had their own space for sure. The beds were comfy and the living room along with the kitchen was a good size! Also, Dave and his dog Keiko were very friendly when we saw them at check out and even took our family pic outside his blooming cactus! Overall, a very good stay for sure. 「Large home perfect for three adults since each had their own bedroom. Especially nice since master was located on one end of the house and the other two bedrooms were on the opposite end. Host gave very helpful, specific directions regarding the use of the home and all necessities were provided. Our second day there was a rain out in terms of outdoor activities, so having board games, a huge comfy sectional and large tv worked out perfectly!」

「Starting from communication with Steve, the beautiful recommendations he gave us, and actually arriving at the property, nothing could have been better. The cabin was everything we needed and more; I couldn’t imagine a better, more homey place to come back to after exhausting hours hiking around the park, I only wish we had more time there!! 「Everything about the stay was 100% perfect, aside from the fact that children under age 12 were not allowed in the pool or hot tubs. This was a sad reality that we had heard about before we arrived, and which was confirmed to be a rigid policy after we arrived. This was naturally very frustrating for my almost-5 year old grandson, and for my 5 year old great-niece, seeing the rest of the entire family using the crystal clean pool and hot spring tubs every day. 「This property will be a thriving vineyard very soon. So much fun to see it and walk around. I left a small item behind and 2 days later, I drove back through and contacted her and got my item back.
