喫煙・禁煙の設定が当日フロントで。 しかし全て禁煙。 喫煙した場合,1日/日本円換算9000円のペナルティー 私は7日間滞在 6万円 追加で支払った！ 部屋の選択条件に追加すべき。

Need maintenance

Nob at shower room was broken. I think cleaner already found it when they cleaned the room. I wonder why they did not fix before assigning guest to the room. and Refrigerator does not work at all.

会社のスタッフを通して最寄駅からホテルまでの送迎をお願いしたが、ホテル側のミスで手配されていなかった。翌朝、朝食時にSORRY LETTERとチョコレートとクッキーのプレートを頂いた。 その他は、ごく一般的な地方ホテル。でも、TEGALくんだりでこの質のホテルはうれしい。

Rp80,000 for requesting for one extra pillow???

Would have given a higher rating but it was all gone when the front desk women (on 29 Jan 2018, evening shift between 5-6pm) had demanded Rp80,000 when I requested for one extra pillow for my backache as room only 2 soft pillows. Poor communication skills as they just dumbly repeated the amount and ignoring the questions or requests. Never had I been told that I needed to pay for requesting for extra pillow in all of the 500+ hotels I had stayed. This is definitely a first. That had made my week long stay at this hotel a terrible and unpleasant one. Will NEVER return to this hotel again and have told all business associates and staff to stay away from this money-minded hotel.
