The property is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a quiet retreat away from the more touristy areas of the island, but with a car everywhere is easily accessible. The owners are lovely as are their dogs,esp Momo who came to see us every day.

Central location . Need a car. Private swimming pool. Lovely Hosts on hand . Friendly dogs. Beautiful gardens and sea views over Costa Teguise. Amazing skies and sunsets. A very relaxing location. Bungalow provided everything we needed.

Idyllic little enclave. However, the so called pool heat did not function, leaving the pool water temperature far too cold to swim. By comparison, the sea temperature was warmer.

We choose this property for the private pool in beautiful garden and central in the island. And it exceeded our expectations. It is important to be aware that there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, and that a lot of restaurants in Spain are shut between 1600 and 2000 hours (though perhaps not in big resorts like Costa Teguise 15 mins away). However, 4 minutes away we found a wonderful local and low priced panaderia, for cakes, sandwiches and bread, eat in or para llevar, which we loved, and we enjoyed making some of our own meals.

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung liegt am Rande eines weitläufigen Gebäudekomplexes, der lediglich von einem alten Herrn, der hier seinen Lebensabend zurückgezogen verbringt, bewohnt wird. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben im großen Bett gut geschlafen. Vom Wohnzimmer und von der großen Veranda aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die von Vulkankegeln geprägte Landschaft und das Meer. Die gut möblierte Veranda ist auf einer Seite durch eine Mauer windgeschützt. Sensationell der große, parkähnliche Garten mit Palmen und Sukkulenten. Von Cabrera aus kann man wegen der zentralen Lage die Insel mit dem PKW optimal erkunden und die nähere Umgebung lädt zum Wandern einWir würden die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter empfehlen, allerdings sollten Mängel beim Housekeeping abgestellt werden. Die Abflüsse von Duschwanne und Waschbecken im Badezimmer waren verstopft. Schon bei normalem Duschen drohte Überschwemmung und es dauerte lange bis das Abwasser versickerte. Das sollte bei der Reinigung auffallen und müsste einfach zu beheben sein. Das Problem scheint schon länger zu bestehen, wie der verdreckte Zustand der unteren Ränder des Duschvorhangs vermuten lässt. Auch in der eigentlich gut ausgestatteten Küche war der alte, total vereiste Kühlschrank, dessen Tür nicht richtig zu verschließen war, ein Ärgernis. Ein Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche erfolgte während unserer 16-tägigen Anwesenheit nicht und die zuständige Person nahm keinen Kontakt mit uns auf.

Un logement absolument parfait, d'une grande propreté et dans lequel il ne manque rien pour passer un très agréable séjour. Dans la chambre principale, grand lit au matelas très confortable avec des couettes individuelles. Le WiFi n'est, certes, pas des plus performants, mais cela nous suffisait grandement. La piscine est incontestablement un plus, de même que la terrasse. Y prendre nos petits-déjeuner en compagnie de Momo nous manque déjà ! La localisation est, elle, idéale pour qui souhaite découvrir Lanzarote.

Logement idéalement situé, loin de la foule, mais proche de tout ce qu'il faut voir sur l'île. De plus, la maison se trouvant légèrement en hauteur par rapport à la plage, il y règne une brise permanente fort agréable qui nous fait oublier la chaleur.

Logement très bien situé au calme avec la piscine privative. Le micro onde serait un plus ainsi qu'une machine à café. Un bémol: à notre arrivée tardive suite à un problème de gps nous avons essayé d'appeler plusieurs fois le propriétaire sans succès.

Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden.Der Gastgeber ist nett und zurückhaltend und die Lage perfekt für alle Ausflüge. Das Häuschen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und gut ausgestattet.Es ist von Vorteil, wenn man Hunde mag.Die Hunde des Eigentümers laufen im Garten und nehmen auch friedlich Kontakt auf.

Wir haben dort viele entspannte Tage verlebt. Eine Unterkunft mit eigenem und leicht in die Jahre gekommenen Charme, der durch die zentrale Lage auf der Insel, alle sehr sehenswerten Orte erreichbar macht. Wer dem allg. Touristenbetrieb, Bars, Restaurants und Kommerz, aus dem Weg gehen möchte, kann hier gut ausspannen.

Unser Vermieter Rudolfo war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns mit einer Flasche Weißwein und tollen Obst-Korb überrascht. Wir waren 3 Wochen da und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Schönes Appartement mit privaten Pool. Auf Lanzarote gibt unglaublich viel zu entdecken, schwarze Landschaft mit Vulkanen, Lava und super Strände (schwarze aber auch weiße). Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Haus, sehr freundlicher Vermieter (Nachbar auf dem Grundstück), man muss Hunde mögen (was wir tun). Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen. Die Terrasse ist sehr klug gebaut, so dass wir trotz ´heftiger Winde meist draußen sitzen konnte.
