Welcome to this incredible luxury penthouse that features a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the old city of Tel Aviv! The best amenities are included, such as high-speed WiFi, central air conditioning, hotel-quality linens and towels. This apartment is ideal for couples, friends and business travelers. You will have a private place to park in the basement car park.
The Space:
You will enjoy an exceptional setting thanks to this superb penthouse of more than 130m2 - located in the heart of Jaffa, facing the sea! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to six travelers and has private underground parking, terrace with panoramic views and air conditioning.
The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged as follows:
• 1st bedroom: Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), parquet flooring, double glazing, wardrobe.
• 2nd bedroom: double bed (140x200 cm), parquet flooring, double glazing, storage.
• 3rd bedroom: double bed (140x200 cm), parquet flooring, double glazing, storage.
• Two bathrooms: each equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, towels and toiletries.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A spacious living room: large modern sofa, armchair, Smart television, high-speed Wi-Fi access and central air conditioning.
• An indoor dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, oven, steam oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, extractor hood, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, bar with chairs, etc.

The apartment is located in a wonderful area in Jaffa, close to the famous flea market, an ideal vacation area mixing the old and the new between the old Jaffa, its restaurants and stores, and the entertainment areas that come alive at sunset. The apartment offers the perfect vacation for tourists because of its excellent location within walking distance of the beach, the best restaurants, galleries, museums, cafes, restaurants, bars, the old port of Jaffa and much more.

Other Things to Note:
- You have neighbors, so no loud noises/talk/music (even during the day). We will be informed immediately and will keep the full deposit for the inconvenience caused.
- Please remain quiet when ascending or descending the stairs.
- The passage between the table and the spiral staircase is very narrow
- Close the door softly when you come in or out the apartment. Don’t lock the door (auto-lock), shut it and you’re good to go.
- Do not leave the key on the inside lock of the apartment. If you forget your keys in the apartment, we will intervene within 3 hours and it will cost you 150€.
- Do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets.
- Pets are not allowed.
- To gain access to the accommodation, a 1200€ deposit is REQUIRED. It must be paid by credit card online via SWIKLY. It will be refunded 21 working days after your departure if no damage is found in the accommodation.
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors. It is totally forbidden to smoke indoor, even at the window. In case of disregard, we have the right to keep the deposit.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Inviting people that were not foreseen in the renting period is not allowed. If something is stolen or damaged, you would be responsible.
- Throw your garbage in garbage bags and put them in the garbage bin
- Leave the apartment in proper and correct condition.
- Any violation of the regulations may result in the retention of the entire deposit.
- No minor may be left alone in the apartment without adult supervision. We decline any responsibility in case of accident.
The traveller undertakes not to use the Internet access for the purposes of :
- reproduction, representation, making available, communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a neighboring right without authorization.
- consultation of Internet sites prohibited by Israeli legislation.
In case of malfunction of the internet connection which is managed by the telephone operators, the host cannot be held responsible and the traveller cannot claim any compensation.
