"The staff was friendly and the views are great. The rooms were a tad outdated but the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. They use the hotel for special events and I can see how they would make an occasion wonderful. "

"All the staff was wonderful and the room was beautiful the only downside was there was not hot water when i showered but other than that everything was wonderful! "
"Rooms were clean and comfortable and the food and drinks are very good. The beach access is great and is only steps away from the pool, which was also great. This hotel is labeled as a two star hotel but can easily be a three star hotel with a few updates and more maintenance done to the property. The road to get there is a little rough since it’s not paved but any car can get through. There are usually dancing kids with mask on at the main road that will stand in front of your car and dance to try to get some charity but no obligation either keep driving slowly and they will move or if your feeling generous help them out. Overall we had a great time at the property with my family of 6."
"This was by far our worst rental experience. The house was dirty on arrival — dusty floors, filthy bathrooms — and the caretaker offered to clean it privately for an extra fee. The Wi-Fi didn’t work because the host hadn’t paid the provider, and it was cut off again before checkout with no response from the host.We booked for 11 people but only received 8 towels. The cleaner offered more towels and laundry access only for extra cash, which we reported, but the host never gave us access. The water pressure was awful, toilets clogged often, and the refrigerator was rusted and barely cooling. The property also has major leaks — both floors flooded during rain. The host claimed not to know, which is hard to believe. Communication was terrible: late check-in instructions, ignored calls and messages, and VRBO had to step in.This house is poorly maintained, misrepresented, and unsafe for guests. The only positive: the residential complex itself is beautiful, private, and secure with a lovely beach. We highly recommend the complex — just stay in any other house but this one."

"I stayed at the property from Friday to Sunday. We really enjoyed spending time with the family at the property. It's a very cozy house. Lilibeth was the person in charge of giving me the keys to the property. She was very kind and accessible at all times. My family and I would gladly stay at this property again."
