You can enjoy our “Coastal Avenue”, which borders the entire coastline.
At VV La Niña , you have a restaurant on the same avenue, a Bakery/Pastry Shop and a first-class Supermarket , all just a few meters from your accommodation.
HOUSE'S RULES
We have placed a laminated parquet floor that is very delicate so it is not allowed to get it wet or enter with sand on your feet from the beach (Salinetas Beach has external showers and Lavapiés in different parts of it).
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
The capacity of VV La Niña is four guests maximum (babies from 0.1 to 2 years old do not pay), visits or celebrations are not allowed and we recommend lowering the noise level from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Do not deposit papers or wipes in the toilet, we have provided a trash can for you in the bathroom.
It is likely that any piece of the dishes will break, please let us know so we can replace it as soon as possible.
Before leaving the house, remember to leave all dirty clothes in the bucket located next to the washing machine and throw away the accumulated garbage in the municipal containers and the keys to the accommodation can be left on the living room table.
