「The room was incredibly clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. They were able to check us in way earlier than our checkin time. They communicated well and emailed us before our stay. They even let us keep our bags with them AFTER checkout so we can walk around, grab food before our flight. I would definitely come back. I'm glad I chose them for our stay. 」

「This accommodation may not suit every type of traveler. Starting with the positives: Firstly, the room’s amenities were quite good, the room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Secondly, the guesthouse is located close to Bonn’s city center. However, there were a few challenges: First, upon arrival, there was no staff to greet us, so we were unsure how to enter. Thankfully, another guest helped us enter the building and our room. Second, we had to park quite a distance away and carry our luggage...

「Andreas Praß went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He truly is an exceptional representative of the Dorint Hotel. Other than that, the room wasn’t cleaned, their new telephone system wasn’t working and toilet needed to be fixed. Five stars for Andrea’s P,, but only 2 for everything else.」
