「Staff was welcoming and friendly. Hotel is clean and well maintained.」

「I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!」

「Everything was clean and staff was very helpful.」

「First room was in the ground level and it smelled very moisty I asked if it was possible to get another room and the lady was kind enough to change us. No issues after that.」

「rude front desk, smelly and dirty room, bad breakfast, something wired underneath the bedsheet. If I could score this hotel zero, then I would.」

「The cabin was very nice and clean. It was also very pet-friendly, we took our puppy with us and we all had a great time. We also was traveling with my fiancée great grandparents and the host was very kind about letting us have a later checkout to get everything packed up! We will most definitely be coming back soon!!」

「Very friendly staff. The room was clean and well insulated. Plenty of towels.」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

「I wouldn’t ever stay there again」

「This place is super convenient since it’s right across the street from the airport. It’s really clean and not too stuffy—felt fresh and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and overall, I’d definitely come back if I needed to. Breakfast was good.. No trouble with parking.. Checking in was easy, and the lady was polite.. There is restaurants nearby waffle house others..」
