We had received a confirmation when we booked and several communications from them even a few days before the stay. 「This is for sure a five star island and location. Forget about staying at one of those bungalows. Here, you have friendly dogs, a private beach, access to private snorkeling, a good size kitchen, a grill, a hammock, a private concierge (Alix), and if you want: a boat and car.
