The room could have been a tad bit cleaner in the bathroom, but overall we had an amazing stay. Also we had cocktails at the bar at night and breakfast in the morning, Both were amazing.

We enjoyed our stay. There were just several areas of the building that need attention...leaky shower faucet, broken toilet handle, broken floor tiles, scratched walls. But the staff was great, especially Cameron in breakfast kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming!

The staff was the friendliest I've experienced in a while, and we loved all the holiday decorations. Happy hour was a very nice perk, and the dinner and breakfasts were very good! You all must be treating your employees right, they deserve even more.

Nice hotel! The complimentary drinks/snacks and full breakfast was a perk! Great location. The fire alarm was accidentally set off and kids making a lot of late night noise above us making it hard to get a good nights sleep. Otherwise, very friendly staff and good experience.

The staff was cheerful and helpful. However, our room service was skipped 2 days in a row and there was a false alarm on the fire system requiring complete evacuation 3 days in a row! Wonderful being forced out at 5:15 A.M. Beautiful hotel but getting a little worn, could use a refurbishment. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The room and staff were actually great, except that the AC in our room was broke so they had a mobile unit in there. The desk staff stated that they would do a 50% refund through the Expedia app but I have not seen that credit yet

Very old and in need of a major upgrade. The room was clean, had great water pressure, and the location is ideal. I just wish they would put some money and effort into remodeling the rooms. We were in Temecula for a soccer tournament and had multiple families staying at this property, and all comments centered around the outdated rooms and some of the amenities. Staff, for the most part, were friendly as well.
