The breakfast options are very poor. The Italian shoppe… breakfast options were not very well thought out. Some of the options are served in paper plates, and the egg and toast dishes are served on a plastic tray… and you have to eat them with plastic ware… they break very frequently, getting plastic remains in your food. Toast wasn’t toast, it wasn’t even forcacia bread.. very dense and doughy. Simple coffee choices , weren’t so simple . Not a good value for the price that was paid . Just very disappointing

The Inn at Europa is absolutely lovely. I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed staying up on the hill, it was beautiful and peaceful and so close to everything. The location was fantastic and I would not have changed it. I appreciate the comfort of the room, the bed was so comfy and inviting, the fountain in the courtyard provided additional ambiance. The staff were all accommodating and friendly, wonderful service. I will absolutely stay here again. I loved being so close to the restaurants and wineries and easy access to Temecula towns and activities. I can’t recommend this stay enough. Thank you Europa Village! I would love to be a wine club member, if you ever arrange shipping to Hawaii, I’m in!

We had a great vacation at Europa Village. My only complaint is that the check-in was not at the inn. I went directly to the inn and was told to go back down to where the restaurant and tasting room were to check in. I am nearly 80 years old, so it was a bit of an inconvenience. The rooms and grounds and restaurant were lovely, and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the balcony garden view room, and while the room itself and the view were beautiful, the overall experience fell short due to a lack of convenience and service. In the morning, I wanted a good cup of coffee, but the only option in the room was a Keurig. I would have preferred to walk or quickly drive to the café on-site, but our car was parked in the main winery lot. We weren’t aware that the room was located quite a distance from the main area until late at night when we were offered a golf cart ride. Had we known this in advance, we would have driven our car closer to the room before settling in. The distance and lack of easy transportation made simple things feel inconvenient. If there had been a readily available cart service, it would have made a big difference. Additionally, reaching the front desk was frustrating. It took more than three calls before someone finally answered, which added to the disappointment. Overall, while the setting is beautiful, the lack of accessibility and service would make us reconsider staying in this room again.

This hotel offers a fantastic and lively experience. The property has multiple restaurants with a great variety of cuisines, so there is always something delicious to try. The events and functions were wonderful—there was constantly something happening, from music and dancing to great opportunities for wining and dining. The hotel itself is comfortable and very clean, making it easy to relax and enjoy everything the property has to offer. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay with plenty of entertainment and dining options right on site.

Winery experience was great. Three wine regions represented so plenty to sample and do for one late afternoon/evening. Bolero restaurant was delicious. Awesome mushroom app. The “deluxe” room didn’t quite seem “deluxe.” Clean and very comfy bed but room but small and expensive. The on premises hot tub wasn’t what I expected, ie, above ground backyard type. Great experience overall though. I’d do it again. Parked at the inn didn’t know you

I attended my friends' wedding reception which brought me to Europa Village. This is a beautiful property, but I highly suggest that the hotel provide Inn guests with a dedicated check-in area at the Inn itself. Accessing the main registration area was challenging. On a busy Sunday afternoon, finding parking was difficult due to the number of day visitors and guests staying at the property. After circling the lot multiple times, the only two hotel registration spots were occupied by cars that appeared to be parked past their allotted time. Walking to the registration area from other parking areas was also not very convenient. It also feels unnecessary that guests have to drive everywhere around the property. Transportation for hotel guests should be available past 8 p.m. What’s the point of enjoying dinner and wine if you still have to drive afterward? Guest safety should be a priority. A well-lit walking path back to the Inn would be an ideal solution so guests don’t have to worry about driving after drinking. After all, this is a vineyard resort.

I checked in and was told I was at "The Inn" which was about a 10 minute walk up a rocky hill to get to. The walk was not bad in sneakers, but was very hard in heels or sandals. They said there would be a shuttle, but the shuttle stopped at 8:00. We had made dinner reservations for 7:30 pm at Bolero (great food) which is on the property to make the first night easy and not have to drive anywhere. We now had to drive back and forth. In the morning, we were told the shuttle did not run in the morning - we had to walk down the hill, got down, and since I had forgot my wallet, I had to walk back. The rest of the weekend went like that - when wearing sneakers walking up and down, and in heels having to drive.

The room was absolutely cozy and clean. It was such a nice view overlooking the vineyard. Stone staff were nice and the area was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely come back again and this time stay the full weekend!
