“Good accommodations, walkable area. Ample parking.”

“Perfect studio for my wife and I. Check in was easy, communication was great. For the price you couldn’t expect better.”

“Flor de Limón was a great fit for our family of 4. While the condo itself is on the smaller side, it is incredibly well-equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was a huge plus that our teenage boys each had their own beds! The property grounds are beautiful, and the pool was fantastic. We loved that the beach is just a short walk away. To get to the main street of Coco, it’s a bit of a hike, but there are a couple of great coffee shops and a handy little……

“Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ilya, the host, was so helpful, even before we arrived, sending us links and ideas of what to do and where to eat, etc. The condo was in such a great location, minutes walk from coco beach and many shops and restaurants and so centralized to visit tons of other beautiful beaches. Close proximity to do tours and visit other areas. The condo itself had everything you could possibly need. It was a gorgeous condo and has amazing views from each balcony, especially……

“This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach.”

“The property itself is well kept, nicely staged, and shows evidence of recent remodeling. In many respects, it is a perfectly suitable short-term rental.Unfortunately, the location was a significant disappointment. As other guests have noted, the surrounding area is not particularly appealing, and in its present state I found it unsuitable for walking any distance beyond the gated community. The nearby beach and town are technically close, but the route is not realistically walkable and the……

“Greeted by a flood in the kitchen when we arrived and was required to mop it up ourselves. Nobody came to look at it until the next day.”

“We had a wonderfule 3 week stay. The unit was well maintained and it was nice having a kitchen that was fully equipped. Listing detail was very accurate.Property management (Expat Properties) was very helpful and made great recommendations for airport transfers and golf cart rental. Grounds maintenance was great and the location in Las Palmas couldn't be more convenient. We highly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit.”
