“Ben bring such a great host really makes this property. He checked in on us prior to arrival and throughout our stay with helpful info. He knew we were travelling with kids and left boogie boards out for us to use. He also learned it was our daughter's birthday and gave her a small gift. It is a rustic property and we appreciated the opportunity to stay somewhere so unique on our trip. We spent some time chilling in the hammocks with a lovely warm breeze blowing through. The walk to the beach……

“Nathalie and her husband are super gracious and attentive hosts. The accommodations were excellent. The welcome from Howler monkeys in the trees, was a welcome treat!! There are breathtaking views and it is a secluded and secure property. They have put a lot of love and hard work into making this gorgeous retreat.The breakfast was yummy and there is a restaurant nearby that had amazing service and good food. “An absolutely wonderful home. It is in a gated community with security making rounds every 30 minutes. The views speak for themselves. Every aspect of the home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen, the pool, the bedrooms, the AC.... etc, etc etc. Everything was perfect. The property manager, Alex, was by far the best manager that we have ever dealt with (and we travel using VRBO quite a bit). He was quick to respond to every question/concern that we had. We had one small issue with water……

“A cute house on a patio with a pool. The house could use a little updating (a few ripped screens, older couch, etc), but the A/C in the bedrooms worked well and the patio has several trees, so it's well shaded. The owner found us some boogie boards and beach toys for my kids to use- so kind! No mosquitos which was a huge plus! A few hiccups finding the house- near the end of a dirt road. Walkable to the beach, but the road is so dusty when cars go by that's it not an altogether appealing……

“This property was fantastic and we absolutely loved our stay here! It was only a 10 minute walk or so to the beach which was stunning. It was homey, clean, secure, filled with wildlife, and let me just say I think I may have taken the best naps of my life on those hammocks. Ben was a fantastic host and even provided private surfing lessons for our kiddos which they absolutely adored. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! ”

“This place was marvelous. It’s even better than the pictures make it look. Don’t hesitate. Book now. It’s be a yearly retreat for us if we didn’t have to pay for airfare to Costa Rica too. The manager lives next door and is super helpful as she understands the area well, and even runs her own coffee shop down the road from the house. If you rent a vehicle, make sure to get a 4x4. We went in the rainy season, and in addition to navigating potholes everywhere (not on the property, but on the roads……
