「I loved my stay here, I’d say parking is my only complaint about this place! The lot across the street does offer relatively cheap daily parking, but it closes at a certain time. After a night at talking stick we had to park a 12 minute walk away in a different paid lot. Other than that I loved my stay!」

「1st: you will have to put your credit card information into another website to register and either pay an additional non refundable fee or a very large deposit (that should be listed on the Hotels.com app.
Getting into the building was a bit of a hassle. You had to use codes to get in through the garage, and of course the system was down. Had to wait for someone exiting to let us in. Then you get the key fob and then go repark the car since you need it to get in the garage.
We booked 4 people...

「I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. There were a few pretty major issues that would make me not want to stay there again or recommend the place to others.
It's really hot in Tempe, so I'd expect to be able to cool down in my lodging. Unfortunately the air conditioner seems to be inadequate for the space. The temperature inside was consistently several...
