「The house was immaculate and the neighborhood was peaceful. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed dining on the back deck, using the firepit at night and cooking in the well supplied kitchen. My husband even got to explore the pond using one of the kayaks. Overall fantastic experience.」

「This house was perfect. It was clean, and well equipped. Beautiful location. We found so many nearby fall activities. And the foliage was peaking, everywhere was beautiful. The Intervale Pancake House next to Pats Peak has a great breakfast. Hikes in Fox Forest. I enjoyed sitting on the dock in the morning with my coffee and the evening with my wine. If you’re looking for a not too far fall getaway, this place is what you want! Thank you Tim!」

「This cabin is so wonderful. The linens are exquisite and the beds are super comfortable. It is decorated so cute. There is everything you need! 「We had a lovely stay at the house. It’s very clean and comfortable. The welcome basket was a nice touch upon arrival. We stayed at the house to visit Great Wolf Lodge and be able to have our dog with us. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Great Wolf and we had the best time. We had delicious dinners at 110 Grill and at Tacos Tequila. The house is next to a beautiful quiet cul de sac perfect for walking our dog. We would definitely stay again!」

「We had a great time at the cottage and were pleasantly surprised at the quaintness of the pond and surrounding community. Wonderful stay overall! We skied Wachusett. Which was 5 min drive and Wachusett Brewery was amazing! We recommend checking the sauna hookup first and more adult sized towels! Everything else was lovely!」

「The house was beautiful and beat out all of our expectations. It's clear the host took attention to detail and had everything a guest could need, bandaids, makeup remover, and great quality shampoo and conditioner. She had even left us some snacks, and always went above and beyond and checked in on us. We visited her farm and had so much fun, we really recommend it. 「Copley Cottage was phenomenal! Our group included family from Los Angeles, Pa and NJ. We wanted to introduce our newest family member to great grandpa who lives in the area. We were impressed with the design and lay out of the house. . High end kitchen and open concept made for easy enjoyable time together. Waking up to the views of the lake and area felt like a bit of paradise. The private beach, dock and sauna were outstanding additions. Overall a stay that will be remembered forever」

「We used this house as a base for a for a week long Mother-Daughter-Granddaughter get together. The large kitchen (actually 2 of them) and gathering rooms were perfect for entertaining as well as the huge deck. We had a cook-out one day and had around 22 people popping in and out.
