***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. However, with a focus on sustainable energy production and less reliance on the electrical grid, The Shire includes Tesla solar and Powerwall batteries to maximize our guests' experience. There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***
