Green Hayes Estate Rentals is an accommodation complex with a number of rental options. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Green Hayes cottage is a 5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Property is situated in a private 12 acre country setting on the outskirts of Temuka.

Property has all the benefits of country living, but being on the town boundary also has the benefits of being able to pop into the Temuka township in 5 minutes.

Clandeboye Dairy factory is only 10 minutes drive.

Handy to ski fields (88 km ), Lake Tekapo (72 km), Phar Lap Racecourse (11 km), Timaru International Motor Raceway (12 km), Timaru City (17km).

Property has a number of animals including cows, miniature ponies, gease, ducks, chickens and goats.

Did work well for the numbers we had. Nine of us fitted into the cottage. I think the eclectic surroundings were a bit surprising, but on reflection not negative… just… surprising. Lots of little farm animals which was fun. Price for stay very good. I’d call this casual country. Owners/hosts very friendly.
