「When you balance the comparative price of other places in the area and the quality of the room you get, this place was excellent, and I would stay again. Nice fittings, spacious, etc. It's a little quirky. There won't be anyone at reception when you arrive and the front door will be locked, anyway, regardless of whether you are within reception hours. It's not the most obvious sign, and there are two potential front doors, but eventually you'll see the sign that says you need to call a number...

Cons: Leider liegt es an der Hauptstraße, wer sehr empfindlich könnte ein Problem damit haben. Wir kochen viel, ein bis zwei Schüsseln mehr und ein Deckel für die Pfanne wäre super. 「We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk. My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay.」

「Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert das war super.Ich habe gefroren, es hat eine Weile gebraucht herauszufinden wie die Heizung funktioniert. Musste mir aus einem Baumarkt Holz organisieren etc.,. Da ich nur zwei Nächte dort war, hatte ich damit viel zu tun... Das war am Ende nicht so toll. Toll eingerichtet, wenn auch ne menge einfach kaputt war. das hat auf der einen Seite Charme auf der anderen Seite schnitt ich mir in die Lippe durch eine kaputte Tasse.
