「The property is just a gorgeous as the pictures. The walk to the beach is not for the faint of heart. It’s as big as it looks and about a 15 minute walk to the water. Also has additional 100 parking fee and shared paid laundry. But very private, well maintained, beautiful property with great views of the island and the Gulf. 」

「This is a somewhat difficult place to give an accurate review. We were given instructions with a code to enter our room. I attempted the code several times with no luck. I reread the instructions and the next paragraph (which I had not read) said to ignore the above instructions and go to the front desk. 「We stayed just one night in Marco to visit with friends during spring break. The listing was exactly as pictured, and was in a great location! The only thing I would say is that the main bedroom is a little noisy at night, but, you're on a main road so that is to be expected and the rental company provided us complimentary ear plugs when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay!」

Having the beach access right next to the public access with a sand carpet made for a very easy stroll to the ocean for our elderly family members.
