「We spent three nights at Pauls Cottage. As a local host for vacation homes on Cape Cod. I pay attention to the details.The home had a three night minimum.The fee for the host was as much as the nightly rate. There for we expected the service to match the rate. 「Cottage is rustic but clean in an amazing location. The view out to the boats moored in the water is one of a kind. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it worked well for us -- good sharp knives was a plus. Being able to walk down the dock and get the freshest lobsters possible for an excellent price was the highlight of our stay. 「What a great stay. Our first time in Maine, and New England and so glad we had this location. Booth bay is the “just right” costal town to stay in. 5 minutes from the harbor, so much to do locally, and the home was great. The property stole the show, though. The water, deck, dock, fire pit, grill, the trees! All so great. The house is large and well equipped, but could use some updating, better humidity control, and AC. Highly recommend.」

「Stayed here with husband, son and daughter-in-law to attend a family wedding nearby. The apartment was spotless, beds comfortable, kitchen well-equipped (not that we cooked as there are many restaurants in the area. The deck and beach were wonderful. It’s one of three units in the building but it was quiet and felt very private. Alex was very helpful. The house rules are reasonable and easy to follow. Probably best for adults and older children.」

「Had the good old field of what we always called a "camp." Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and glassware, etc. The lobster processing facility made for a bit of noise and a pretty steady stream of traffic. A lot of trucks, from pickups to semis coming in and out. Didn't really bother us a whole lot but it might bother other people. Overall the view of the water was pretty nice except for the power lines and there's not much that can be done about that. Have to have electricity after all.」

「This is a great place especially if you have dogs. The only advice I would give the management company is to leave directions to the transfer station or better yet take the trash for your guests at the end of their stay. Putting smelly trash in our car wasn’t great. All in all though, it was a great place for a family with dogs!」
