“Everything was very clean. The location is fantastic. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as the majority of sofa beds and the bathroom door needed oil as it makes lots of noise. Everything else was excellent. ”

The apartment is very well-located, just a short walk to the funicular/stairs that take one into the heart of the town (one tip: unless you have mobility issues, the funicular is unnecessary; it’s an easy and charming walk). The little terrace was a perfect place for coffee and croissants in the morning and the washer/dryer, discreetly hidden behind a cabinet in the kitchen, was a tremendous……

Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Matratze war recht hart und das Sofa leider nicht besonders bequem, aber für den Preis war es insgesamt absolut okay. Etwas kompliziert war die Anleitung zur Tiefgarage – da alles online lief und man niemanden vor Ort……

“The accommodation is very well equipped and boasts a perfect location right on the lakeshore. The apartment has a great terrace with a garden plot in front of it. If you cross a road with almost no traffic, you reach a private lake access with its own jetty from which you can swim in the lake. Shopping facilities are within walking distance or within 3 minutes by car. Very nice opportunity to relax!!! More than recommendable. ”

“This property was in a beautiful spot and was comfortable to stay there. Unfortunately the kitchen was not stocked at all. We have stayed at other AirB&Bs and they all had minimal items needed: paper towels, dishwasher soap, one morning’s worth of coffee, olive oil, spices. This property should have all this to give it a perfect rating. ”

“There were ants everywhere in the apartment, including in the fridge. The Wi-Fi didn't work either. ”

“Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Einzig am Kinderzimmer erfreute unseren Sohn nicht, da es über einige Stufen leicht vertieft liegt und sich auf der Innenseite des Hauses befindet, bzw. das Fenster auf den Flur hat.”

“Nuestra experiencia fue 7/10. Puntos de mejora: el edificio se encuentra a la orilla de una calle bastante transitada por lo que cruce a veces es dificultoso. El edificio tiene mucha humedad y el olor destaca bastante dentro y fuera del apto. El apto está ubicado en un 4to piso en escalera de caracol sin elevador. Cuando llegamos el código de entrada no funcionaba por lo que nos pusimos en contacto con Iván que amablemente nos resolvió, al igual que el internet que no funcionaba tamb nos ayudó……
