「While the amenities listed were available, and the property did indicate it was under renovations, that did not excuse the lack of cleanliness. The bedding was clean but there was still toothpaste splattered on the bathroom mirror, stains on the carpet, rusting railings on the balcony and dirt in all the corners of the bathroom. 「No ice machines worked at any of them. My fireplace didn't work, we had no hot water so we had to move the next morning. The second room had no fireplace, and we had to run the water for half an hour before it got hit. Besides the rooms being so bad the breakfast was horrible. The coffee tasted like water & the second morning they was out of coffee before 8 am. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. The only good part was the staff」

「We typically stay in cabins when we visit Sevierville/ Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge. We decided to stay in a hotel this time. It wasn't the fanciest hotel but it was relatively clean.
