「This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.」

「The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. 「There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather. Master bedroom bed is sunken and the bathroom rail collapsed. Billiard table is torn and karaoke mic doesn't work. Oven spoilt and the microwave/grill has seen better days.
