Here's proof that the kids did come on camp with me. I got a bit hoarse reminding them not to try to climb to the very top. Each small group wanted to go higher than the ones just above them. You can't tell, but we are already on the top of a high hill then nearly on top of the rocky outcrop on top of the high hill. (see my last photo for perspective)

We camped at the foot of a granite outcrop in the Terelj National Park. The rock reminds me of an old man's face with its many deep wrinkles and clefts.

Come to Mongolia during the short summer and stay at a ger camp with beautiful scenery like you see here. The white dots on the far hills are gers.

I didn't expect such beauty in Mongolia. The wildflower season is brief but as good as anything you'd see in Switzerland (in my opinion).

如果想看一望無際的大草原，這個度假村是理想的選擇，衛生環境比想像中好，但入住前請攜帶可以燒水嘅工具同衛生用品如沐浴露，當地會有地方煮食，但不供應設備，當地的職員英文程度有限，但如果有參加度假村內提供嘅一日遊，那導遊的英文程度會比較高。值得注意嘅係度假村內嘅餐廳提供去食品質素10分好，係屬於西式的蒙古菜。

I took this photo as a 360 degrees image. I am interested to see how it looks on Trover. There is a mural running the whole way around the monument and you can see people looking down the hill back to UB. The monument was built by the Russians as a memorial to unknown soldiers and heroes.
