「Beautiful hotel on good beach. It is a bit tired but still a great place to relax. Staff generally helpful & attentive. Food is pretty good overall. Biggest complaint was air con in bedroom sound like 747 on take off. No ability to change this - either on or off. Overall a good hotel but certainly not at international 5 star level.」

「It was quite disappointed that the Hotel receptionist declined our request to call for a Grab with the reason that they don't have the driver list. Actually, they might use the appropriate apps because our phone could not download the Grab Apps due to technical problem. Moreover, hotel wifi sometimes was not connected.」

「The price is expensive, but the room quality is not good enough. Many ants in the room, facilities are old, and noisy in day time. The staffs are friendly and helpful. One minute walking distance to the beach is the biggest advantage.」

「Spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. No lift,room phone, not on beach front, sometimes noisy depending on which room you stay.」

「Big room with good view, bed comfortable. But many inserts in swimming pool, pool water is very very dirty. Many small cockroaches in toilet & cupboard. Must not stay this hotel again.」
