“Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Après réclamation, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus correcte, même si la douche était cassée. Pour un hôtel qui se revendique quatre étoiles, ce genre de désagrément est inadmissible.
En revanche, plusieurs points positifs : le petit-déjeuner……

“Lovely place with a nice location in the centre of lamezia terme. Free parking spots right next to the hotel. Not designated to the hotel. Suite was spacious and very tidy and comfortable. Not the best bed ever but comfortable. No lift so a few stairs to climb to the top floor. No problem for a non-disabled person. “Wir wurden sehr lieb von den beiden Betreibern empfangen die uns direkt nach der Buchung anriefen und sich erkundigten, wann wir da sein würden. Das Auto mit dem wir unterwegs waren konnten wir gut einige Meter entfernt von der Unterkunft parken. Pizzo ist eine wunderschöne kleine Stadt es hat uns dort sehr gefallen. Außerhalb der Saison war trotzdem noch einiges los. Danke”

“Aziz was a pleasure as was every other member of staff we encountered. The hotel is very nice. Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. If I ever visit again, I’ll be sure to book a reservation at the Michelin Star restaurant on the premises. Which nobody ever mentioned. That’s how classy everyone was. No pretense. No ego. Just a nice place staffed by genuine and good people.”
