「Our stay was great.We were there for a week with 9 people.The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax.If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay.The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered...

The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. 「The villa exceeded our expectations – everything looks even more impressive in person. Stunning mountain views, a great pool, and everything you need for a relaxing stay is available in the villa. The nearest beaches in Sperlonga are just a 20-minute drive away along scenic roads. The owner, Luca, communicates very well, gives helpful advice, and explains everything clearly. 「Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unserer sechsköpfigen Familie hier. Es ist ein traumhaft schöner Ort. Der Blick auf das Meer ist noch viel schöner, als man auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Der Pool ist groß und wunderbar, die Wiese gründ und saftig und der ganze Garten top gepflegt. Das Haus ist hochwertig und die Küche ist großartig - mit 5 Kochstellen auf dem Gasherd. 「Die Unterkunft war sauber. Ansonsten war sie wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Nur im Schlafzimmer gab es eine Deckenleuchte, sonst nur Glühbinrnen in einer Fassung. Auf Dekoration wurde ganz verzichtet. Bis wir WLAN hatten, dauerte es 3 Tage. Das Bad war renovierungsbedürftig. Wegen der Klospülumg mussten wir mehrfach den Verwalter/Vermieter anschreiben, der schon zeitnah reagierte aber das Problem, trotz Handwerker, bis zuletzt nicht beheben konnte. Das Bidet war...

「This place was amazing. A bit tricky to get to but worth it for the amazing views. Wish we'd booked for longer. Short walk to restaurants. Parking is onsite, which is a bonus during busy periods in Gaeta. The place looks better than the online photos. 」

「Lovely villa and gorgeous garden in a wonderful location. Very comfortable and well appointed. The gardens were sprayed for mosquitos prior to our arrival and there was very little evidence of them. We had hoped to kayak on the lagoon but unfortunately the kayak was not useable. However, the table tennis table was great with plenty of bats and balls and was well used. Paula was very receptive and helpful as was Santa, I would highly recommend it as a place to stay.」

Noi abbiamo soggiornato con un bimbo di un anno e mezzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la spiaggia su cui affaccia la villa è stata sempre semi deserta cosa davvero rara nelle domeniche di Agosto. Alessia è stata una padrona di casa deliziosa, ci ha dato indirizzi utilissimi per scoprire la zona. Grande serietà e ottima accoglienza. Last but not least il patio vista mare per colazioni, pranzi e cene da favola. Highly recommended!!」
