- Watermark #17 forms part of a secure complex in Terrigal. This spacious split-level townhouse is a 10-minute walk to Terrigal beach and esplanade. The ideal choice for families, this apartment boasts a huge courtyard area for entertaining, ample indoor/outdoor living spaces and shared swimming pool and playground in the complex. Air conditioning makes Watermark #17 the perfect choice in the summer, and its sun-filled interiors keep it warm in the cooler months. Close to everything but yet far removed from noise, Watermark #17 is modern, comfortable and refreshing. Master bedroom contains a queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite with shower. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed with built-in robe, while bedroom 3 contains two single beds and built-in robe. Wi-Fi not included.
*Main living space contains TV, Foxtel, DVD player; sitting area with TV, DVD player
*Kitchen contains dishwasher, electric cook top, oven, microwave and fridge
*Private outdoor courtyard with gas BBQ, outdoor table setting; double lock up garage
*High lofted ceilings; communal complex swimming pool and child`s playground

Family friendly
House was good size for family. Upstairs and downstairs was good for accommodating the 2 family groups. Spacious with large bedrooms and good sized bathrooms. Double garage was convenient. Pool within complex was handy for toddler to have a play during the hot days. Check-in was nice and easy, with key drop check-out. Highly recommended.

Perfect holiday house
Great location just 10 min easy walk to Terrigal Esplanade, great cafes, bars, shops etc…The house is really spacious with 2 great living areas & outdoor patio as well.
The communal pool is a great bonus.
Everything we needed was provided. Linen, towels, tea & coffee, soap etc. Air con throughout the whole house. Just a perfect place. We could not fault it. Can't wait to book this property again for our next holiday.

Fantastic property!
A brilliant location just 10 mins walk to terrigal shops, cafés & beach. Loads of room. A great outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. A lovely communal pool to cool off. We loved it & will definitely be back.
