「The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted.
The problem was with their check in procedure.
Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling.
After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered.
Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment...

「I would highly recommended this caravan. The site & caravan are easy to find. The caravan was very clean, finished to a very high standard, very pet friendly, ideal & safe for both pets & children with access from both doors to a veranda that has a lockable gate to ensure they can't leave the property alone. Its was very quiet, & the beds were very comfortable, best caravan I've ever stayed in. Large American fridge freezer & built in washing machine which would be ideal for families & the bonus...

「What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!」
