The units in The Aspens, 4 miles south, offer a bit more in-unit amenities, but they don't have access to a pool like this one does. We are always here to discuss options. Give us a shout next time.

There should have been 6 bath towels. We could have provided more if you notified us you were shorted. We'd be happy to find a more suitable property for you next time. Thank you for coming. We appreciate your feedback. This sofa bed mechanism was broken before your visit but the sofa was usable for seating. A replacement frame was ordered, but apparently not installed--this should have been communicated to you before your arrival. The sofa was still usable as seating only. Not sure where the ball was dropped with our communication and followup. Unfortunately, our alternate chairs would have been dining chairs as we do not have retail available in our area of much else. We have passed your review on so everyone is aware. If you call direct we can offer a return discount next time, a small concession, but we can go over our full range of properties too. We look forward to seeing you again.

Thank you for staying with us. We would have contacted the HOA about the overage of vehicles if we had know that caused a problem for you. There is just 1 parking space per unit for this reason, and should be enforced. We hope to see you all again soon.
