「The hotel was ok, the staff was friendly, but the town of Johnson City was not welcoming to visitors. We went to a local bar in town and they would not serve us. All of the residential streets were blocked with residents only signs. I will not be returning to Johnson City EVER. If i were you, find somewhere else to go.」

「We loved the cabin and it's rustic vibe. Loved having the fireplace and being on property with a winery. Perfect for our stay with a small dog.」

「I booked our stay at Monarc Ranch for the April 8 eclipse, when we had a problem with our previous booking. We stayed for 2 nights for a family of 4 (including our 5 and 3 year old boys). Despite the cloudy weather affecting our eclipse viewing, everything about the lodging was outstanding. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed, including fresh baked biscuits, cinnamon rolls and a frittata in the fridge, and candy, s'mores ingredients etc. My kids loved the goodies in the cabin,...

「Loved the location. Comfortable beds, furnished well. Kitchen was well equipped. The bathtub and floor are dangerous. Unstable, slippery, and no handrails. One of our party could not safely use it.」

「A very, modern, handicap accessible comfortable house with everything included except groceries . Super soft towels, good a/c, comfy chairs. Could have used a better cleaning as there was dust and debris in corners of bathroom floor. Minutes from the wineries and downtown. Owner immediately answered our questions. A great place and very quiet… even as close to 290 as it was. I would stay again!」

「We have so much problem with a code that was send and didn't work. Luckily we came before 6 Pm and employee from the winery , gave us their code, so we could enter. Tried to call property manager, but nobody picked up the phone. This is not acceptable, for the cost per night.」

「We loved everything about the stay. The treetop cabin was very clean and cozy. The hike down to the spring was fun and rough, we absolutely enjoyed exploring the area. I would recommend updated pictures since they don't capture how cool that cabin is. We would absolutely go again.」
