「Well located, beach front. Staffs are super nice. The problems are the hotel often host events (team building, conference ect.. ) the hotel's guests are very impolite, they speak so loud and slamming the room's doors. There are 2 towers in hotel, they should arrange for that type of group in the different tower or different floor, not all in a floor or too close to each other like that. I understand that the hotel want to save energy, easier for cleaning but the guests need to be confortable...

「The hotel is great for a relaxed trip out in the lakes. For Dalat first-timers like us, it was probably not the best choice because we had to take taxi/GrabCar all the time to join day tours that picked up guests from the city center only (hotel shuttle schedule was very sparse during our stay in late Oct). The extra car ride took time, costed money and caused challenges when many drivers were reluctant to cover this location or having a hard time navigating the winding roads in the dark.」

「The property looks like new and it’s pretty. It’s convenient to the beach which is great. The restaurant is big and clean, the staffs are friendly, and most importantly, the bed is comfortable! We love our stay and we’ll definitely be back in the future. 」

「Don’t be fool by hidden fee traps. Read carefully before you’re booking at this resort. If you’re traveling more than 2 persons and want to fit into a Villa. Get ready for extra moooney for the 3rd and 4th person bc they’re gonna charge extra on tops of every freaking things. Y'all watch out….」

「시설은 조금 노후 되었지만 넓고 사용하기는 편안한 합니다 시내 중심에 위치하여 돌아보기가 좋아요」

「Dû à cette période difficile, il n’y avait que nous dans tout le resort. C’était donc très calme. Le personnel malgré une situation compliquée pour eux était très souriant, avenant et présent pour le moindre besoin. Les chambres ne sont pas de premiere jeunesse mais bien entretenues. La plage était propre, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas au Vietnam. 」

「飯店服務台夜班「女」服務生態度很差，出示了訂房代碼，也一再表示已經付清全額費用，但因文很差的「她」一直說沒有收到訂房通知，不讓我們入住。最後是打國際電話請北京的Hotels.com辦公室人員代為處理，過程中讓人無奈又氣憤！因為女服務生一直翻白眼，又很凶，好像我們是騙子一樣！」
